Shipping guidelines
We accept returns of unused goods within 30 days of receiving proof of purchase or tracking number. As a customer, you need to notify us by email before returning the goods, except in the following circumstances:
- Received the wrong item.
- The item did not arrive as expected (e.g., damaged packaging).
- The item had defects.
- Delivery time exceeded.
- The freight forwarder does not allow inspection of the goods before payment.
Returned goods must be in their original, secure, undamaged, and unused packaging. This means the goods must be properly packed in a cardboard box to ensure safe transport; ideally, use the same box that came with your order.
